Here is a game plan
Let me break down the game plan for you. I'm currently seeking passive investors to raise Rs 18 million, while simultaneously securing an additional Rs 28 million from a bank loan. This funding will allow me to acquire a 19-room hotel with an annexed restaurant, occupying two arpents of prime land in the stunning Trou aux Biches region.
From the Rs 46 million investment, Rs 40 million will be used to purchase the property, and the remaining Rs 6 million will be used as working capital, and to cover minor renovations.
This strategic investment will allow me to unlock the full potential of this property including the restaurant business, and generate solid returns.

The next development phase is more thrilling! It involves a strategic plan to demolish the existing property and replace it with a community of luxurious, eco-friendly apartments boasting stunning ocean views.
To bring this vision to life, I'll be collaborating with a talented team of designers to craft the perfect concept, and secure all the necessary permits to move forward.
In addition, I'll be seeking a second round of investment from secondary investors to ensure that we have the resources to fully execute this exciting phase of the project.
