Investment Opportunities

Although all of you share the same appetite for high ROI, you may not have the same interests when it comes to activities. To cater to everyone's preferences, I offer a variety of investment options to choose from.

Portfolio

I have opted for a straightforward investment approach where each business opportunity is implemented as a separate private company, with shareholders as its owners. Each company is established as a limited by shares entity, having its own unique constitution, and adheres to the Companies Act 2001 regulations.

All companies share a common constitutional element, that requires each investor to contribute 3% of their capital investment, and thereafter 6% of their annual profit to Veritas, which is a non-profit entity that advocates for the mission of the Conscious Island Project.

Ananda Bhawan

Invest in an Integrated Modern Agriculture Morcellement Scheme (IMAMS). Ananda Bhawan is meant to be a Rs 1B sustainable economic hub.

Margaritaville

Invest in buying a 20 -room coastal hotel with a restaurant. Margaritaville has the potential to be a Rs 500M PDS of high-end condo--style apartments with ocean view.

The River Farm

Invest in creating an organic brand to be a leader in the Rs 1B nascent organic food sector. The River Farm will commercialize fruits,vegetables and dairy products under its own certified organic label.

Invest in managing a small hotel and restaurant in Grand Baie. Though smaller in size, Paradise Cove is poised to deliver returns that far exceed what you will get from your money sitting in the bank.
